Dakota watch repair and cleaning January 31, 2022 Reviewer: David Gould from Jacksonville , NC United States   1st class watch, customer service, and watch technician. Very good customer service! January 31, 2022 Reviewer: PHILLIP BANTON from LaGrange, KY United States   I sent two watches instead of the one I paid for but they serviced them anyway. No hassle. They were a little slow answering e-mail because I wanted to be sure I could send 2 watches but they did just fine, even though it was during the pandemic. One watch was serviced and a new battery installed. The other needed an overhaul and they provided a timely estimate for that. Overall, good response, good service and reliable.
