Battery replacement on my Dakota watches March 20, 2025 Reviewer: Edward Slavetsky from Endicott, NY United States   Recently had the battery replaced on 2 of my Dakota watches. I own 4 of your watches. The battery replacement part went fine but I am very disappointed to see that you do not have a retail outlet in my area anymore. There used to be a kiosk in our local mall (upsate NY - Johnson City). The mall is going through a reconstruction update which cleared out a lot of the merchants (and the shoppers), but I do miss having to see what new styles you had and more than once treated myself to a new model that resembled the way overpriced analog models. Very good company March 19, 2025 Reviewer: Mary Ann Echelberger-Beasley from Petersburg, VA United States   I have used this company for replacement of batteries in my Swiss Army watches for years with excellent results and I will continue to use them. My only problem has been that due to an illness in the repair department I had to wait approximately 5 weeks for my watches to be returned. I realize this was beyond their control and note that the company did keep me updated on the delay appropriately. It will not stop me from using the great service, everyone has unforeseen problems sometimes. Was this review helpful to you?
