April 23, 2025 Reviewer: Douglas Mackenzie from Olmsted Falls , OH United States   timeframe was incredibly slow. I sent in 3 watches for battery replacement. After a month was told 1 needed additional work which I declined. Instead of replacing battery in other 2 watches then it was another month before I received my watches. the quality of work was good but the time to complete was a disaster Was this review helpful to you?
