No hassle, complete service of your watch*. You never have to leave your home.
Place your order > pre-packaged box arrives at your door > place your watch in the box, seal and cover with prepaid return label > place in mailbox and raise the flag > receive renewed watch! It's that simple.

Service includes:
1) New Superior Quality Battery expertly installed by Dakota's Watch Repair Specialists
2) Watch Movement checked
3) Gaskets checked and re-lubricated; replaced if necessary
4) Pressure Tested and Resealed to ensure water resistance**
5) Sonic Cleaning of Watch Case and Band
6) $50 insurance on shipping (additional insurance can be purchased above)

For customer convenience, we use USPS for all shipping. This allows your watch to ship to and from your personal mailbox. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping box to be received. Once you return the box, please allow for 10-15 business days for watch to be shipped back to us, for it to be renewed by our techs and then returned to your mailbox.

EXPEDITED SERVICE OPTION ($2.00 Additional):
Instead of waiting for the pre-packaged shipping box to arrive, we'll email you a pre-paid shipping label. You apply to your own box and drop in your mailbox immediately. Cuts the first 3-5 business days off of the process!

*Watch Renewal is for quartz battery powered watches only. This does not include smart watches, rechargeable watches, solar powered watches, fine grade or automatic watches. If you have a fine grade (including but not limited to Gucci, Invicta, Movado, Tag Heuer, Tissot, etc, refer to our list of fine grade watches here), rechargeable or solar powered watch, we do service these products on a case-by-case basis, but you will need to contact us for a quote. Please provide model number(s) and photo(s) of watch(es). Pricing varies by watch based on battery cost, service time and parts availability. Refer here for our list of fine grade watches.

**Pressure Testing is not performed on watches that are not water resistant or are oddly shaped and too large to fit into a standard Pressure Testing machine.


NOTE: Please confirm your watch is only in need of a battery replacement before sending in for renewal. Watches with rust on their case, moisture inside the crystal, cracked or damaged crystals and/or hands that are not secured will most likely be in need of more repair than just a battery replacement to return them to working order. If your watch is received and needs more repair work than expected, we will contact you to discuss. Customers who opt out of the watch renewal process will have their watch returned to them and their credit card refunded, minus $19.95 for shipping and handling on the non-renewed watch.

DO NOT include anything other than the watches requiring servicing. Packaging will not be returned.

It was so easy to use. You must be willing to let your watch go, but in a few weeks, you will get your revitalized watch back ready to use. Now that I know the process, the better the experience will be.

My watch is functioning well and communication was fantastic. Kelly was very helpful! I really appreciate that the band was at no charge, as I'm learning how hard it is to find a 15mm band. However, my only dissatisfaction is in the lack of cleaning the watch. I took pictures of it before shipping it out, and even sent those pictures in to customer care in regards to fitting a watchband since I wanted to make sure everything was in order before mailing it. The back of the watch was returned in the same state as when I sent it (the pictures support this). I wound up cleaning it by hand when it arrived back home before finally being able to wear it again. I don't know if the cleaning is complementary or if the price reflects the service. Either way, I'm not concerned about the price due to the complementary band, but I was looking forward to a professional cleaning rather than my attempt at home. That missed service also makes me question if the pressure testing was even completed.
